Every domain name points to at least two name servers. The name server tells a web browser where to find your website. Your domain name must be pointed to our name servers before your site will be visible on the web. Pointing your domain name to our name servers is called a domain name transfer. A domain name transfer takes approximately 24 - 72 hours to complete at which time your site will be visible on the web. |

To initiate the transfer you must login to your account with the current registrar of the domain name and update the name servers to our name servers. Our name server information is as follows: |

Hard Disk Storage |
|
| This is the space you have to store your site. Every website is stored on a webserver, which is the computer that broadcasts your site to your visitors. Your hard disk storage is how much space you are allocated on that server's hard drive. Even most robust websites don't require more than 10 megs of space, but having more is a nice luxury for storing pictures, video, and graphics. TechValleyHost plans offer 100 to 500+ megs of storage. |
